PRICING INFORMATION

All pricing is per-person based on double-occupancy per cabin, unless otherwise noted.  Pricing includes taxes, fees, and gratuities.    A deposit of $250 per  person is required to reserve a cabin. 

There is a limited number of triple and quad-occupancy cabins on the ship. For these cabins, the first two guests are each charged the full double-occupancy price.  Additional guests in the same cabin are each charged $985.00 per person, which includes taxes, fees and gratuities. 

Single occupancy is also available for a limited number of cabins.  Rates are available upon request.

 WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE ABOVE COST:

  • Daily break, lunch, dinner, snack, and late-night buffets
  • Room service meals
  • All concerts, shows and live entertainment
  • All taxes, government fees and gratuities. 

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE COST:

  • Alcoholic beverages, sodas and bottled water
  • Optional dinner at Portofino’s Specialty Restaurant
  • Spa and beauty treatments
  • Optional excursions in Bermuda
  • Optional ship activities offered by the cruise line
  • Use of Internet Café or Wi-Fi on the ship
  • Taxes, fees for optional products and services purchased on the ship.

DEPOSITS

A deposit of $250.00 per person is required to reserve a cabin on the Spring Breeze Soul/Jazz Cruise.   A cabin will be assigned after receiving deposits from both roommates in a cabin.  If one person will be occupying a cabin, a deposit of $500.00 will be required.  All major credit cards will be accepted for deposit and checks should be made payable to:  Jazz Fest Travel, Inc., P.O. Box 10126, Gaithersburg, MD  20877. 


INSTALLMENT  &  FINAL  PAYMENTS

Guests are encouraged to make monthly installment payments for the remaining balance of the cabin.  A minimum monthly payment of $250.00 per person would pay off the cabin by Feb. 18, 2012.  All final payments are due by Feb 18, 2012.   For any cabins reserved after Jan. 15, 2011, full payment is due at time of booking. 

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

All reservations booked thru July 8, 2011 are fully refundable until July 8, 2011.  For reservations made after July 9, 2011 have a non-refundable fee of $150.00 until 30 days after booking.  Passengers cancelling their reservation after 30 days will forfeit their deposit.  After Dec. 15, 2011 passengers will incur a penalty of 100% of money paid.

TRIP INSURANCE

We recommend that trip cancellation insurance be purchased.  It is optional, but is highly recommended.  Jazz Fest Travel, Inc. can sell this insurance. 

PASSPORTS

A valid passport is required for all passengers to sail on the Explorer of the Seas.
